Established in 2010, James-Lee Consultancy (JLC) is an Educational Consultancy and an AEGIS-accredited guardianship services provider in the UK, with offices in London and Hong Kong. Over the past 10 years, we have been providing bespoke one-stop educational consultancy and guardianship solutions to over 2,000 families.
Suitable for both international and British-based students, we offer a range of different services, including school, college and university selection and placement, guardianship services for international students, scholarship and funding advice, home stay and private accommodation placement, UCAS completion, soft skills training, individual and ground tutoring, and more.

We have built excellent relationships with independent schools, colleges and universities all around the UK and work closely with them to provide quality educational services to our students. We are not bound by contracts and invite students to apply to the schools of their choice.
Our experienced education consultants provide one-to-one advice on school selection, offer support with the application process and assist with the entire process of placing students into their chosen educational establishment. This includes arranging for a suitable guardian, personal tutor and host families for term breaks.

We are an AEGIS accredited guardian company, which means parents and schools can be assured that our systems and work processes are robust and have the student's welfare and safety in mind.
Our last inspection was carried out in November 2018, and we received our re-accreditation in February 2019. We are honoured to receive the Gold Standard Accreditation from AEGIS in 2020. The Gold Standard accreditation is the most prestigious accolade that a guardianship organisation can hold and signifies the highest standards of safeguarding and care in the guardianship of international students.
